All students preparing to begin 6th form courses (at Bexley Grammar or elsewhere) are encouraged to think ahead to possible university or career choices. The Russell Group of Universities’ helpful document ‘Informed Choices’ offers advice about subjects which lead to particular university courses. Many students will not yet have decided on their chosen course or career and it also contains useful information about subject combinations which keep options open. It can be downloaded from http://www.russellgroup.ac.uk/informed-choices.aspx
Most 6th forms have open days in the Autumn term, and deadlines for applying are usually December or January.
